Speaking Fluency and Vocabulary-Focused
All programs are designed to improve speaking fluency and our members’ confidence.
Every session begins with speaking questions that activate our members’ professional knowledge. Our consultants provide the greatest support during this part.
Role-playing exercises bring workplace scenarios to life, such as meetings, presentations, and negotiations. This way, participants not only learn the language but also prepare confidently for situations they will encounter in their professional lives.
How Do the Sessions Work?
Real-World Practice
At Retha, our members don’t just learn English; they also get firsthand experience with real-life situations they may encounter in the workplace.
For example, in one session, our members take an interactive office tour and introduce departments to international visitors. In another session, an international meeting is simulated; members introduce themselves to international participants, share the agenda, and discuss business topics.
This way, our sessions offer more than just language practice—they provide a lasting experience that can be applied directly to working life.
