Speaking Fluency and Vocabulary-Focused
All programs are designed to improve speaking fluency and our members’ self-confidence.
Each meeting begins with speaking questions that activate our members’ business knowledge. Our consultants provide the highest level of support during this part.
Role-play exercises are conducted by acting out business scenarios such as meetings, presentations, and negotiations. This way, participants not only learn the language but also prepare confidently for situations they will encounter in the business world.
How Do the Sessions Work?

Real-World Practice
At Retha, our members don't just learn English; they also experience real-life situations they may encounter in the workplace firsthand.
For example, in one meeting, our members take part in an interactive office tour and introduce the departments to foreign visitors. In another meeting, a international meeting is role-played; members introduce themselves to international participants, share the agenda, and discuss business topics.
This way, our meetings offer not just language practice, but a lasting experience that can be applied directly to working life.
