What to Expect at Retha?

We would like you to conduct online interviews for our upcoming Business Class (BC) group programs.
Our BC programs are English-learning programs designed for the first time in Turkey for businesspeople with global ambitions.
It offers small-group sessions where participants learn various business communication skills, do additional English practice, and, most importantly, benefit from a learning system unlike any other to date.
In group sessions, you will be expected to lead discussions entirely in English to help participants improve their speaking skills.
Our consultants who are new to the team will go through an orientation process and will begin leading sessions once they have been equipped with the necessary skills.

Provide training in 50-minute slots on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 19:00 and 22:00, and on Saturdays between 10:00 and 15:00

Attend 16 hours of group sessions each week and practice speaking English

Give feedback on participants' work and track their progress

Attend weekly meetings to manage the process together

An internet connection with at least 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds

A computer with no issues with video or audio that won’t disrupt your meetings
