This way, you can follow a professional development plan guided by a consultant while enjoying the comfort of practicing conversation with someone you know. Your consultant creates a tailored roadmap that aligns with your and your friend’s goals and supports your shared progress.

Speaking Fluency:

Usage Period and Flexibility
 
To prevent interruptions to your development and maintain the program’s effectiveness, Smart Duos packages have a usage period of 5 weeks.
 
For example, the ideal scenario is to complete the Smart Duos 8 package in 1 month by scheduling 2 sessions per week. However, if you need to cancel sessions for work or personal reasons, your session credits will not be forfeited if you cancel at least 30 minutes before the session.
 
You can use the +1-week extension period included with your package to complete your sessions flexibly within a total of 5 weeks.
 
Since Smart Duos is a two-person program, sessions are scheduled according to the availability of both you and your friend. For this reason, it is important for both participants to maintain the program’s rhythm during cancellations and make-up sessions.
 
To ensure the program progresses regularly and the two-person session format can continue, please note that sessions not completed within the 5-week period do not carry over to your next package renewal or term.
 
 
Consultant Continuity and Package Renewal
 
At Smart Duos, we value the rapport you build with your consultant and the tracking of your progress. That’s why you can continue working with the same consultant for as long as you like.
 
You also retain your flexibility when moving to the next package: You can renew your package either after using all your session credits early or at the end of the 5th week, without having to wait.
 
 
If you’d like to continue with your friend, a new package can be planned in the same two-person format, subject to availability. This allows you to maintain both your consultant support and the speaking rhythm you’ve built together.
