Duration and Flexibility
 
To ensure your development continues uninterrupted and you maintain your progress, our packages are valid for 5 weeks is set as. (For 3-month packages, this period is 15 weeks.)
 
 
For example, the ideal scenario is to complete the Smart 8 package in one month by scheduling two sessions per week. However, if you need to cancel a session for work or personal reasons, you won't lose your credit as long as you cancel at least 30 minutes before the session. You can use the additional one-week grace period included in your package to reschedule your sessions flexibly within a total of five weeks.
 
 
To ensure the program's effectiveness, please note that sessions not completed within the five-week period cannot be carried over to your next package renewal or term.

Coach Continuity and Package Renewal
We value the rapport and consistency you build with your coach throughout your development journey. That's why you can continue working with the same coach for as long as you like. You also have flexibility when moving on to your next package: you can renew as soon as you've used all your session credits, or at the end of the fifth week without having to wait.
