Duration and Flexibility
 
To ensure your development is uninterrupted and you maintain your progress, the validity period of our packages is 5 weeks .
 
 
For example, the ideal scenario is to complete the Smart 8 package in one month by scheduling two sessions per week. However, if you need to cancel sessions for work or personal reasons, your session credits will not be forfeited if you cancel at least 30 minutes before the session. You can use the additional one-week grace period included in your package to complete your sessions flexibly within a total of five weeks.
 
 
To ensure the program is effective, please note that sessions not completed within the five-week period cannot be carried over to your next package renewal or period.

Coach Continuity and Package Renewal
We value the rapport and continuity you build with your consultant throughout your development journey. That's why you can continue working with the same consultant for as long as you like. You also have flexibility when moving on to your next package: you can renew your package either once you have used all your session credits or at the end of the fifth week, without having to wait.
